This gorgeous Antique Edwardian Suffragette pendant has been modelled in 9ct Yellow Gold and features a flowing scroll-like design. It is set with a large 0.80ct central Peridot and also features a 0.50ct Amethyst dropper. Finally it is set with an array of lovely Pearls.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which were chosen to counter the masculine women’s rights stereotypes put forward by opponents. Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes!
A beautiful pendant which also comes complete with a catch so that it can be worn as brooch
